He completed the job in a timely manner despite having a flat tire on the truck while going to get the parts. He made sure I was informed by the office that he was delayed but would still be able to finish the job. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He walked me through the steps of the thermostat settings. Thank you. He is highly recommended!"
