"When Ihave a plumbing problem, I know Benjamin Franklin will send a tech out to me quickly, which is great. Today the tech was Moreau, and he was excellent ... knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to meet and get to know. He fixed my toilet, did the annual maintenance check on all my plumbing and have me some options for upgrading all the valves with great information and no effort to push or sell, which I appreciate. Five stars and if I had six, he could have that one too."
"I needed a new kitchen faucet installed. I called Ben Franklin plumbing and got an appointment in 2 days. Leroy was on time for my appointment and very nice. He wore covers on his shoes which I really appreciate. He quickly looked over the job and gave me a estimate. I had already purchased my new faucet so the estimate was just for installation and service call. It took him an hour to do the work and I'm pleased with his work. My only complaint and the reason for only 4 stars is because I think $470 is too much to charge for a one hour job."

They were punctual, knowledgeable, communicative and efficient. After meeting Leroy, we knew we found the right plumber.
