"Terrible Customer Service, I bought a Defective Trailmaster Challanger 200 For Almost 6000.00 I asked to take a test drive and They said Something Negtive, BUT I had it Delivered And Dropped off. After the Delivery I took a Test ride to the Store. The Odometer is Not Working, I got some Troubles at my Complex for Going a few miles over the speed limit Because of tis issue...I let them know the VERY Next day...They said We Will contact the Manufacture. After a Week still no Resolution...I asked for a Refund and they said NO REFUNDS, Which Makes me Determined to get one, I notified my bank, And They will Handle This Issue... ZERO STARS..."
"Drove an hour to the Dover location and it was closed. Hours of operation clearly state 8am-6pm on the door, it's 4:41pm and no one is here. I called the number for service and the girls on the phone couldn't be bothered to help in any way. Don't advertise that you're open if you're not going to be."
"Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience here. It seems like they have new equipment that you can buy which is great but I came in for mower maintenance and work. I spoke with the owner Santana the first time. I paid for them to pick it up in advance because they make you($40 for pick up and a $75 deposit for the work), set up the appointment with Santana the owner himself and he ghosted me the day he was supposed to pick it up. I showed up a couple days later to ask them to pick it up again, they said they would come between six and nine that night. I work in Orlando and left early to show up and they never showed up(I live in plant city). They have no number to call and you cannot reach them after 6. I called them the next day to ask them if they would pick it up, they apologize and said yes, that they will be there between six and nine that night also. They no showed me for the third time in a row with no contact. When I called the next day, they tried to say the same thing they would pick it up today between 6-9, blaming the pick up driver saying that he does not work for them so they don’t know what he does. Which is weird because he’s picking up thousands of dollars of equipment at other peoples houses but they don’t claim him or any responsibility to him. So it sounds like he can steal everything from other peoples houses and their mower equipment and they will say sorry but it’s not their fault. I’d be very careful about the employees that they have and the work they do. If you want to buy brand new things, they seem like a good shop but anything else, where they go to your personal house and pick up your personal stuff, seems like a set up to have things stolen or missing in the company say they have no clue or idea what happened or who the employee is because they do not work together. Of course, I am irritated because they had me wait for nine hours over 3 different days and clear my schedule and come home from work early with no decency of an explanation, follow up, or even response for no showing me. I had to show up in person or call them myself every day to find out what happened. This review is bc they told me a specific day to wait from 6-9, didn’t show up, I called the next day they said they would come that same day 6-9, never showed up. Then they did it a third time before I asked for my money back. When I asked why, the guy could not let me know he could not come by, the owner said that the guy does not report to him, and he doesn’t have his number to find out. Why couldn’t they let me know they weren’t going to make it, EITHER of the THREE DAYS!? That’s why I am upset. I work in sales and they wasted my time. If they had simply recognize that they wasted my time, instead of making excuses, constantly, they could’ve resolved this. They wasted my time, picking up my mower on the house, because of them not showing me probably would’ve made everything better. But the fact that they kept making excuses and not taking responsibility as a company shows a lot. Especially if they’re working on thousands of dollars of equipment for me and coming to my house. They don’t even claim responsibility for the person they send to your house to pick up your material."
