They suggested we repipe all the water lines through the attic so it never happens again. They gave a great price and we will be moving forward with the work next week"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We had a plumbing emergency over the weekend and needed an emergency plumber right away. Within 45 minutes someone did show up. I will give them that, But that is all that they did. This guy showed up and said that this can not be repaired and he will come and do it Monday. Today is Monday and the guy called this morning and said that he wouldn't be able to make it. So I said, "well then have your boss send someone else" Here's where it gets a bit squirrely. Apparently this guy doesn't work for the company that I called. So, I called the company and told the guy what was going on and he said " Let me see if I have a guy available" Then he said " The guy that came there has different prices than I do" Then he said " You may need to call a "different/ bigger company" As a consumer...all I did was call a number that was on google to just get a runaround like this. I'm out $125 bucks and no-one has come by to fix anything. Then my wife reminded me that the last time we needed a plumber we called Alvarez. I called them at 9am this morning. They had someone here by 10:30 and our issue was fixed by 1pm and the price was cheaper than what these other people quoted me and didn't show up to do. If you want a quality company that has showed up every time with decent prices DO NOT call these guys. CALL ALVAREZ!"
