"great, attentive team! i had a family member come from out of the country whose screen color wasn’t showing correctly. they were able to do diagnostics swiftly to make sure there wasn’t any internal damage and completely replaced the screen for them too. Sam was assigned to our repair and was great! definitely will be coming back here for any future phone problems i may have!"

"I will never ever come back! Incompetence is very expensive for nothing. $30 to fix a problem that took 2 minutes with no parts needed. They previously installed a custom cut screen protector and right after that, the phone stopped charging. And they did not acknowledge responsibility causing in this damage!!!"

"Workers in store weren’t the most knowledgable on repairs. Also, I had to call multiple times since they left me on hold and then subsequently forgot about me (20+ minutes of waiting!). Then when I relayed what happened after I got on the phone again they couldn’t even offer a simply apology for their mistake. They also “could not” provide an itemized receipt which I would’ve needed to get my laptop repaired through my insurance. I don’t recommend this company due to the nature of how they handle repairs since it seems that the people selling you the product have little knowledge of what’s comes in their store. They probably outsource their repairs to somewhere else. I don’t recommend this location due to the customer service of its workers that I experienced. Also another detail I remembered, the worker when picking up my laptop to examine it did so in probably one of the most unsafe ways. Instead of grabbing it by the middle of my laptop he grabbed it by the corners with an extremely loose hold. I was almost sure that he would’ve dropped it. Edit: For the prompt response from the owner account I increased my review from 1 to 2 stars as to not hurt their rating as much. since I did not actually get my repair done with this location/company due to the manor of how events played out I can’t speak for the quality of repairs but only the quality of my interactions with it."
