"Jesse was our technician for a tank-to-tankless water heater and water softener installation. Their pricing was fair for the service level and product quality they provided. Jesse was professional, timely and cleaned up the site nicely. A few days later I had a slight decrease in water pressure and called the office to see if they could send someone out to investigate. Jesse came out the next morning and quickly addressed the problem, which was simply some debris in the aerators. He explained that sometimes debris gets kicked through the pipes after a tankless system is installed and proceeded to fix all of the faucets and shower heads in our house because he wanted to make it right. Couldn't ask for a better technician, Jesse and Hafke were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend to others with confidence."
