"Called RV Nerds for a slide motor that went out. Ryon responded and came out the next day. I told him it was the motor and yet he spent 1 1/2 hours trying to analyze the controller. During the entire time he was talking to a tech from BAL who instructed him what to do. After he switched several wires he still had no idea of how to fix the problem. I reminded him that I thought it was the motor and how to check it. He did that and said it was the motor. I had enough, I informed him we were done and he proceeded by charging me $200 for his time. I told him he didn’t accomplish anything but reluctantly paid him. I don’t believe he has any experience in RV systems and this company is a scam."

"Submitted online request for evaluation and service. Got email response back two days later to text or call them. Sent a text and didn't hear anything back to this date, three days later. Prior good reviews, unknown what happened to them. Would be skeptical on using this company. Received a email after my post. Ensured me he would be in on Monday. Was an error with emails. Will update after his evaluation and service visit. I need to revise my review after meeting Ryon. He does excellent work. After our email errors between us was resolved everything worked out great. Ryan was in this afternoon and found out the problem and fixed them. He is going to send out estimates to permanently fix several issues. I was extremely satisfied with his work and would recommend RV Nurds for any RV repairs. Changing my review to 5 stars."

"Great experience! My 38 year old AC went dead and I call Ryon. He sounded very professional and trust worthy over the phone, but until I witnessed the work he did for me ... Oh My God! I haven't found anyone like him. Because my trailer and AC are old, after he installed the new AC, there were many problems popped up due to the current standard ceiling differences from the old one, plus many other issues. But Ryon was very patient and spent lots of time to fix the leaking problem after installation. He even replaced the new AC with another new AC and did it professionally with elegant personality and timely manner. Responding to my request, he came back few weeks later to troubleshoot a minor noise above the ceiling box from the AC installation and fixed it without charging me though I insisted to pay, but he refused it. I told him that from now on, as long as he is still in business and as long as my trailer is still here,, I will call ONLY him to work on my trailer. Andrew"
