"The hot pipe on my water heater burst in the middle of the night. Fortunately, I was actually in my garage when it happened and I was able to quickly turn the water off. The next day I began searching plumbers on Google and the common theme was: didn't show up as promised, overpriced, unprofessional, etc. I decided to give Apollo Beach Plumbing a call because it was in my local area and wasn't one of the local companies that does heavy advertising. I know they have to pass those costs on to the customer. I spoke with Tom who is also the owner and he didn't show up as promised. He showed up an hour early. He gave me a quote to repair the pipe that was very fair. My water heater is 13 years old so I already felt like it was on borrowed time. Tom gave a great price to have a new water heater installed. He was done in an hour and I was very pleased with his work. I appreciate his friendliness and professionalism. You tend to get better results when the owner is the actual person coming to your house and doing the work. I would highly recommend Apollo Beach Plumbing for your plumbing needs."

"When our new dishwasher arrived, I had my husband find a plumber. Tom was able to get out right away, which was nice. When I saw he had installed the dishwasher too far forward, I spoke to him about it. He said my husband wanted it that way. Upon further discussion, he admitted that the way he installed it was not right, but he does what the client asks for. I have been a kitchen and bath designer in the Tampa area for over 25 years. If a client asks for something not industry standard, you explain it to them and have them sign that they understand there could be issues down the road. Tom did not do that. Tom and I are both located in Apollo Beach, but he said we were too far away to come out a second time even when I offered to pay for the reinstall. As it happens, after running 5 loads the dishwasher wouldn't work. We had Samsung send a technician out. It took him 15 minutes to fix it. The wire nuts were not connected well enough... Hmmmm. Makes you wonder."
