"If I could give a zero I would. This was by far one of my worst experiences ever. He said, he was the owner and he was so busy trying to discourage us about our new unit & sell us a another brand of a new unit he didn’t care to fix our problem, which was under warranty. He said, the builder made a mistake and put in the wrong size unit & they do this all the time. He bragged about how long he has been in the business & Daikon is by far the worst unit in the business. He was very unprofessional, when he left & he didn’t leave an invoice with what he did or his findings or recommendation’s. He did that all verbally. Months passed from the summer to just recently, then the office is calling to collect a service fee. Mind you, he also told us how he’s friends with the guy/service manager at JB Warranty & he was just doing his friend a favor. So I guess this was not a professional business service call. Smh, I would NEVER use the or refer them to anyone. NICKS AIR CONDITIONING IS HORRIBLE!!!!!"

When we noticed a small problem (almost a year later!) they came out and fixed and even did an ac checkup on my system! Id previously used another ac company for years. "Nick’s Air did a maintenance service to the air conditioning about two months ago, since they came to our home the system is performing great. Before it hardly stopped, it kept on running almost all day in order to keep the house cool. We decided to expend a little more for the maintenance fee because Nick’s Air was highly recommended by a neighbor. Every penny was worth it! We are keeping the system at a higher number and the house feels colder that before, the unit is staying off for longer periods which means we are saving in our energy bill. The day we scheduled the service there was an emergency in the office. We got a call asking if we wanted to reschedule since our appointment was early in the morning, or if it was OK for Dan, the owner, to come at the end of the day or ASAP he was available. Dan came at five in the afternoon, we appreciated very much that he was not in a hurry and did the most comprehensive service we ever had explaining to us important ways to maximize the life span on the unit. We signed for a yearly maintenance agreement. Thanks Dan and the pleasant office team."
