"Walked in and needed a case for a Samsung Note 9 that my mother-in-law has been going into the Mulberry store for over a month asking for. Mulberry store told her to give them $5 and they would have it the next day. She gave them $5 and they never got her the case. The employees at this store pulled out a bag with about 15 different Note 9 cases, explained each one to her, and charged her a cheaper price than the Mulberry Walmart would have. Plus, they were very nice and considerate of my mother-in-law's needs!"
