"Bob H was the lead installer for my A/C unit. He was well-mannered, thorough, paid attention to my concerns, answered my questions and did an excellent clean-up job upon completion of the installation. Both the A/C & the heat strip are working well. There were a couple of concerns shortly after the install and Pleasant Air dispatched technicians to immediately remedy the situations. Almost all of the personnel that I communicated with were pleasant. Please be aware that the filters from the regular stores may or will be too big for the new unit."
