"Stay away from this store if N., the manager is there. Very unprofessional with attitude. Owner seems nice enough/they have decent product but management is a joke. I went to trade in a brand new S23 Ultra on a used 13 pro max, and the max was not in the condition I expected. Manager told me take it or leave. Never attempted to problem solve just give us your brand new item and take our visibly used product and be happy. No offer to replace item, no attempt to problem solve just take it or leave it. Kept telling me she was the manager. U know the type. Stay away these people are not professionals. Icing on cake I ask to speak to her boss and she said the buck stops with her.
