"Great service, and a great service rep "RJ"was very friendly and polite. He took the time to actually look at our Speed Queen washer and notice the Lid lock error was because of a disconnected wire and had me up and running in less then 15mins. Had a diff service agent out earlier in the week and all they did was take pic of the error code to order the part and said they would be back in 3-4 weeks to install it. I will call R&A Care first from now on for services on all my appliances. Thank you"
