"I had my AC fail on Labor Day. I called the next day and they were great. Spoke to John on the phone who helped me over the phone diagnose my issue briefly. At that point, he schedule an appointment for his tech to come out the next day. Oliver came on time and even called me before arriving. Just like I asked. The tech was very knowledgeable and proper. Once we knew the issue, the company ordered a replacement motor and came in the next day to install. After the install, Oliver ran all needed checks to make sure the system is runner as required.
