"I reached out to E.D.S. Residential due to an AC issue on a Sunday - [Horrible timing, as it usually goes for such things]. I spoke to Mike - and he informed me that he was at a job, finishing up and would give me a call back shortly. After calling back less than an hour later, he was already on his way to our location.
