Neither of the two repairmen spoke a word of English. Communication is by cell phone to the order taker, Michelle. I canceled immediately and then was billed $99 for the Inspection. The "Address" on Miranda Lane in Kissimmee is likely a virtual office since virtual offices are available for rent there. Note that most of "Five Star" reviews use the same words to describe how wonderful this company is."
