"As a 100 percent service connected disabled career veteran of 26 years and a devout Christian. Let me make this clear. This is not the place you want to go to purchase a car. It's not the cars that's the issue it's the customer service and the madness you get after you purchase your car. They will love you coming through the door but as soon as you ride off in that.lot. ladies and gentlemen the buck stops there. Alot of the folks that used to work there aren't there any longer but the custermer service and the things that the dealership promised you while you were buying your car will not be honored. unless you raise a stink about it. And all those warranties I was telling you about nothing got done over seven trips we drove to that place and talked to over three to four people and the only one after all of this is three weeks water to get it moving was Anthony Peyhaus. I also would tell all veterans the other great guy if you need help is Austin in service he's a great advisor. It's a disgrace the way the lie and decieve you and treat you like a second class citizen . If you're a veteran my recommendation is to buy your vehicles somewhere else."

"Honestly, the slowest and least accommodating dealership I have been too. Came for an oil change and told them the wireless charger isn’t working. They said it was my phone. I proved that it wasn’t in a driving test. The said come back for diagnostic, I did and they said the had to order a part. I got a text from the manager in all caps about the part. I called my service guy and told him they are costing me 300 per day. I asked about a loaner, they said they were all in accidents. Third day waiting 3 hrs so far to get wireless charger installed"
"Absolutely the most horrible Infiniti dealer service. They lie and scam their way to your money. I’ve had Infiniti cars half my life and always brought them to an Infiniti dealer for service and never had any issues. Infiniti Of Tampa service department all around is by far the worst out there. The mechanics do not have a clue what they are doing. I’ve had the same issue with my car for almost 3 years and every time I go there, they charge me hundreds of dollars to fix it and it’s still not fixed to this day. Same exact issue and they continue to tell me they will charge me to fix it but don’t actually fix it. Service Manager Carlos never returns calls and should make this right but he does not care. The reps are even worse and certainly do not care whatsoever about you or your car or the safety of your vehicle. Please do not bring your car here for service. Only a matter of time before they create issues that don’t exist and make you pay for them."
"I went in to have my car routine serviced today. My appointment was at 1:40pm. Upon taking my info. and vehicle, no one told me that they were running behind or anything of the sort. At approximately 2:40, someone called my name and I happily stood up, thinking my car was ready. He told me to sit down and that he was just there to update me that it would be another half an hour before they even STARTED working on my car. Why make an appointment if you aren't going to honor it? They should have at least had the decency to call me ahead of time to tell me they were running behind, or to tell me upon check in that I'd be waiting a while. Supposedly the guy who checked me in was supposed to say something, but he didn't. I also will add that every time I go to this service location, I wait at least five minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that I am there. Isn't Infiniti supposed to be a luxury brand? They sure don't treat their customers as such. I've driven Hondas and Nissans with no issues and here I am paying significantly more for a "luxury" experience. It's unacceptable and I can't wait for my lease on this car (which I honestly love) to be up so that I can deal with a better service department."
