She looked up my address looked at the report from our June back flow testing. She told me based on the results she thinks it was just the seal on the valve and didn’t think the whole thing needed replacing. She told me she would try to get us in that day but had to make a few phone calls. About 40 minutes later she called to tell me someone would be out right away.
