"Worst Service Ever. The guy at the front with the glasses and mustache I believe his name is Luis, was rude and broke my phone screen and chipped the phone and tried to fix it by putting a new screen on. Then began huffing and puffing and raising his voice to me when I had questions about it. So I told him he didn’t have to be irate and rude and he proceeded to say really rude things to me and told me to get out of the store. My apple phone now has a fake bootleg fat screen and my warranty now does not cover it. Luis, you don’t deserve your job. You need anger management. I am a 5”2” girl that was being polite and had some questions for the damage you did to my phone. Take a customer service course because your rude behavior was uncalled for. Especially considering the horrible job you did when I only went in to find out about a charging issue. Your co worker even asked you to stop and take a step back and you still proceeded come back to the counter area to ball your fist up and say rude things to me. Disgusting."

"I dropped my cell phone and it hit perfectly where the s-Pen is on my Note 10+. The pen was jammed. I took it to Verizon and they said they don't have the tools to help out. They suggested that I do to a cell phone repair store. I walked into UBreakIFix in Ocoee. They looked at it, tried to scrap it out and said they couldn't do anything and that I need to replace my phone. I left and googled cell phone repair near me. It showed me a couple of blocks away "We Fix It Phone Repair." I decided to try them. I was taken aback by the Batteries+Bulbs sign but I went in any way. He explained that the metal around where the pen inserts into my phone was holding the pen in. He told me he could take off the back of the phone, push the pen out, dremel the edge, and it should be fine. I left it, went to lunch, came back. He showed me what happened. He was able to make the pen click out of place and then click back into place. No phone replacement needed!!! The service was impeccable! I will be going back anytime I have another need for cell phone repair, batteries, or bulbs!"

"Edit to update - just called the store again, the associate I spoke with was able to find two iPhone 7 batteries in their stock. They must have some Amazon Drone delivery service because at 1130 today they had to be ordered. Very, very annoyed with this. The staff was very friendly, on drop off and pick up. They “fixed” my phone by replacing the charger port. I wanted my battery replaced as well but conveniently enough they were out of batteries for an iPhone 7. However, they said if the battery was still dying very fast after the charger port was replaced, to bring it back and they’d replace it. Well, I picked my iPhone up about 7 hours ago, it was charging in their store however, 4 hours later after minimal use it died. It wouldn’t charge on any of my existing chargers, so I decided to try a brand new apple charger. I went out of my way to pick up a brand new apple iPhone charger, and the dang phone still isn’t charging. So now I’m out $75 for a new charger port, $20 for an iPhone charger I didn’t need, and whatever cost I’ll have to pay for a battery replacement. Maybe that’ll work, but I’m not getting my hopes up. Tried calling the store and got voicemail after listening to it ring during business hours."

"No wait. Superior service. Made an appointment online and went in to have a phone battery replaced. I knew I was in good hands when I heard the employee background conversation was focused on D&D and sports cars. This kid Alex is epic. Completed the repair in 5 minutes and had zero judgement when I opened my phone and the Pokémon go music started right away. Hopefully other locations can live up to the insanely high standards of this crew. Good luck."

"Went for a battery pack for an emergency exit light. They had to actually make it for me, ready in an hour. Friendly, personable group in this store. My go to place since they fixed my phone a month ago! I trust them and you should too."
