"I had an issue with my AC/Heating Unit and Al Taylor - Senior Tech was the one who responded. He came in with the expertise of a doctor, he look over at the trouble Unit and came up with an immediate solution and cure. He had to open that big monster Unit up and replaced a Definite-purpose Contactor with his skilled hands. After it was all done, he replaced the panels back on that monster Unit and turned it on. The AC/Heater Unit came back to life. It was humming and warming up my residence. Not only did he bring back that monster Unit back to life, he was patient enough to explain what lead up to the break down and assured me that all would be well, again. Mr. Taylor projected an atmosphere of courtesy, professionalism with the right amount of respect. Thank you, Doctor Al Taylor."

"I have been with mid Florida air for 28 years I just had them come to my house trying to use high pressure tactics to have me buy a brand new unit and told me if I did not give them a deposit that they would shut my AC off and did so. Thank you, Sal Izzo He must have been very desperate to make a sale today. I can see Wendy's no longer running that office. I just received a response from mid Florida air. You forgot to mention They don't get commission for parts, but I'm sure they get a commission for a new unit. If they sell it, this was done on Saturday the weekend of Labor Day. When your technician was here, he said that it would cost $1400 to put in a new modulator. I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend $1400 on a 15 year old unit. I had to wait till Wednesday to get someone out here to put in a new AC unit . You lost a customer and a sale for a new unit. I have health issues COPD And have to sleep with oxygen. Your technician put my ac unit on with the temporary part and then when I refuse to give him $1400 He said he would take it out and he did so and walked away without a care. Mind you, I have always been a gold policy holder. This new silver policy went into effect last year was not aware of it until it was brought to my attention when I needed it the most. The gold policy covers parts and labor the silver policy only covers labor."
