"One of our units stopped cooling. Your technician came, added Freon and asked us to to sign off on the work. When I began to question him as to why he wouldn't look for a leak, he gave me a long story about how it needed time to work it's way through the system. Ok? Also, that your company would reach out in a couple weeks to see if the problem persisted. I called a different company the next day to have them find a leak in the coil. That was one of two air handlers installed by Harris, only to have both evaporator coils end up with leaks. One within eight months and the other within 24 months. We then had a float switch fail on one of those units, that ended up flooding through from our second story to the first. I understand the equipment failing may not be completely in your control but to have so many issues with equipment installed by one company is alarming. To be charged $350 for a service call to give me no answers and a failing unit seems ridiculous. When we know your only going to charge me for additional Freon, when, if given the opportunity to come back to my home again to actually diagnosis the issue. So in the end, it just appears that it's a way to make a buck. I'm disappointed, our family tries to offer continued support of small local businesses. However, you've lost our trust. We can't, any longer in good faith recommend your services."
