"DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY!" My mom called to have him come look at her washing machine. He barely touched it, said he had to pick up some parts for it and he'd be back the next day. She gave him a check for $100 and he left. When he didn't show up the next day my mom called him and he said that the store didn't have the parts he needed so he had to order them and he would be there the following Monday at 11am. Well, 11am came and went and he hadn't showed. She called again and he said the parts weren't going to be there until the next day and he could come at 1pm. Again, 1pm came and went and nothing. No call or text to update her on what was happening. (At no point did he ever update her on what was happening until she reached out to him.) She spoke to him and decided to give him 1 last chance and of course he never showed up. So she stopped payment on the check and told him he was completely unprofessional and she would take her business elsewhere."

"I was referred to Robert by my home warranty company. He came over, took some pics, collected the $75 fee, then didn’t show up to actually fix my oven, and hasn’t responded to texts. I feel totally taken advantage of."

"Robert came out and disassembled my washer to repair. He stated a new part was ordered and it would be in the next day for installation. The following day came and went and no phone call was returned to reschedule. When I reached Robert 3 days later, he stated the wrong part was ordered and he would be back the following day to reinstall. 4 days later and no call was returned. It's been 7 (business) days since my initial service call. Robert was completely unprofessional by not notifying us of any delays and his inability to perform his services. My washer is completely taken apart and due to liability reasons, a different repair company stated they can not put it back together. Service call - $79 New Washer-$1300 Total= $1379 for a lesson learned to not hire this company."
