"Really struggled to get dishwasher repaired- took a process of about a month to get it repaired (two parts needed replacing). Every time our home was visited for the repair, I felt that not adequate time and care was taken. A lot of shortcuts, for example.. the waste hose from the dishwasher needed replacing and it was not cut shorter so we now have 3meters of hose wound around stuff and we now have a water backlog because of it. Other shortcuts involved certain electrical issues that were spoken of doing but not actually done until I asked about them, paired with not actually pulling the dishwasher out to see the damages but relying on info to order parts instead of checking. Really disappointed in the service we received. Have found it difficult to call and get a response or timeframe to fix."
