"I placed a call in at 7:30 pm that my homebAC unit was not cooling. My call was answered gave them some basic information and then was told a technician would call me when he would be on his way. It wasn't very I received the call and Shawn showed up fix what was wrong. Shawn was VERY professional and explained the repair. I will definitely use this company for my business and 20 condos that we manage."

Kept me in the loop the entire time and expressed his commitment to getting the problem resolved. Steve had the system back up and fully operational in under two hours. Also shared valuable tips on replacing the AprilAire filter, frequency and type as well as how and where to install a UV light properly. Highly recommended!"
