Leak Squad

"Totally Totally unprofessional. Called to find out information and price about checking for a pool leak. Told a price of $350 pool plus $100 for spa. I asked what does that include and rude person with an attitude tells me "I am just a receptionist I dont know any thing". I tell her for $450 I need to know what it includes or do they just throw dye in pool, say yeah theres the leak and leave or charge me a huge amount more to fix it. She gets a severe attitude, tells me off and HANGS UP ON ME. Hire a new receptionist, the one I spoke to needs retraining , and a professionalism and personality adjustment. If your company tolerates conduct like this from employees you must be a pretty poor company to use."
