"The contractor came a few hours before the schedule. I bought two new capacitors but have no idea how to connect the old wire system. The contractor came with slips on the feet. I do not feel comfortable with this serious work with contactor wear slips. Image is bad. Diagnois fee is 99, as told over the phone. The contractor asked me what was wrong. I said: this AC need new capacitor but I have no idea how to connect and I do not want to mess the AC and wait for a few days to install a new one. All I need is to make a connection to see if AC is working. He said, if this AC works, can you agree I am going to charge another 99 dollars. I said, YES. What can I do in this hot weather and tenants live there. Feeling is bad. Just 30 seconds work."
