I had some concerns about odor in my system and duct work, which Jordan graciously educated me on, and during his routine inspection, actually found a completely unrelated but significant electrical issue. had they not come out as quickly as they did and provided that attention to detail I would have likely spent 10 times as much on a new compressor unit. Jordan was able to repair the electrical issue and speedily replace the old, cheap made in China/Mexico parts, with new made in USA higher quality replacements. He even showed me photographs that documented his process and brought the faulty part to me to show me the issue.
