"Rude staff. I waited 3 hours for a call back never got one. Then when I called back the lady told me to call a different company so that they could diagnose the issue then call them to fix. After I told her exactly what was causing the issue. When I told her that I spoke to a plumber who recommended them he said don’t let them charge you to look for the leak since you know the source. The lady asked me with attitude if I want them to just rip random holes in our floor. I called a different company and it was night and day. Save your time choose someone else."

"I called Meeks plumbing to see if they could come out as we had a leak and had to turn off all the water to the house. I got disconnected and I called back then I realized they were hanging up on me. They service several areas so I tried one of the other numbers and it sounded like the same person answering and as soon as I begin to explain what I was looking for they hung up on me again. I was very disappointed and I don't understand what the problem was."
