"Never using them again. The technician was a nice guy, but a salesman came with the technician to the service call, which was strange to me given they had not diagnosed anything yet. Told me my compressor was dead and a new one is $8,000, so they discussed new AC options ranging from $13,000 to $30,000. They never checked my new thermostat. Turns out it was just the thermostat settings that needed to be changed. Glad I called Kalos out as a second opinion, they fixed it in 2 minutes. Even if my AC dies soon, oh well, but I know who not to call now."

"I write this as a longtime customer of Dell air (over 25yrs) I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Victor C. for his excellent service on our AC unit. As upper Management is well aware I have had numerous service issues with the Lennox unit I purchased from your company. To clarify I have service tickets over three inches thick on unit that is just over five years old and dating back to two days after the unit was installed. Victor was the only service tech from Dell air that took the time, cared and had the knowledge to thoroughly check and repair the unit. He explained each procedure he was doing to repair the unit and ensured the unit operated correctly prior leaving. Honestly Dell air is truly blessed to have this man on their team. As Dell air hires new technicians I would highly recommend they are trained by Victor to provide the same, professional, quality, and honest service he provided to us. Understanding Dell air has become more bottom line driven than customer service driven has only served to drive customers to other AC companies. My recommendation to Dell air is to ensure all technicians are properly trained, not only in the mechanical end, but moreover in customer service end to the degree of Victor is. I will be as bold as to state, if Dell air would understand their bottom line is customer service driven they soon discover a much healthier bottom line. Victor exemplified this, thus winning back our customer loyalty to your company. If his knowledge and work ethics were to be implemented throughout Dell air, I believe your companies customer loyalty would increase two fold in a very short period of time. Simply this would soon equate to a healthier bottom line for company. I would be amiss if I did not also mention Kaleb, for his excellent supervisory and customer service skills. If it was not for this two individuals I would have long ago switched AC companies."

Kieran was very efficient at his work and his price quotes were precise. I will request him again, as he was very thorough, highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind.
