"I took my daughter's laptop to P.C. Doctor because a friend in college who claimed he was a computer technician tried to fix a simple virus issue (or so he says it was a simple virus issue) and on top of frying the hard drive ended up also breaking the screen because the idiot put too much pressure on it and cracked it! I had him pay for 75% of the cost, no worries. Anyway, me not being rich and this economy as bad as it is, I took the advice of my neighbor and took it to P.C. Doctor. Well, how do I explain my 100% satisfaction and total surprise in how quick Abraham had my laptop repaired without sounding boring? The minute you walk into the store you can you get a sense of assurance that these people know what they are doing, at least I did. I explained to Abraham what happened and my "situation", he answered with a smile, let's first see what the real issue is and we will go from there. I expected the repair was going to take a few days if not at least a week to get done being he had to order parts,or so I thought but to my surprise, he called me in that same afternoon!!! He told me what the issues were, what parts were needed and how much it would cost. Luckily for me he had all the parts on hand and he even worked with me on the price! I was really,really surprised and very thankful because I thought I was going to have to get a second mortgage to pay for the repair but what really knocked me off my seat was that he was willing to work way past his closing time just so my daughter could have her laptop by the next morning and he did! I am so thankful my neighbor recommended PC Doctor of Belleview and I'm glad I went in when I did because I didn't I don't know how much more I would've spent or how much longer I would've had to wait to get my daughters laptop back. It was a lessened learned for my daughter but at the same time a blessing to us all because we found Abraham and PC Doctor. Ever since that day I've always recommended him and have sent many people over to see him and they have have all come back and have told me the same thing, HE TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF US, GAVE US A GOOD PRICE AND HAD OUR LAPTOP OR DESKTOP BACK TO US RIGHT AWAY! THANKS FOR REFERRING PC DOCTOR TO US! We will be referring him to everyone we know as well."

"Do NOT take your computer to this guy! He had my computer for 3 months and it STILL isn't completely fixed. I took it in for a cracked screen, he replaced the screen, which cost me $270., but the touch screen didn't work after he replaced the screen. Then, he says he'll sell it on ebay for me to recoup the cost of repairs...so I'm still out a computer, but you made $270??? NO, I DON'T THINK SO! So he says he will have to replace the motherboard, but he'll do it for me at his cost to make me happy. Two months of getting the run around and not returning my phone calls, I went in there and demanded my computer. He said he's just waiting on one more part and he'll have it ready for me. 2 weeks later, I call again and he says I can come pick it up. What he didn't say is THE TOUCH SCREEN STILL DOES'T WORK! So what's he been doing for the past 2 months??? He is a huge scam artist!"
