I called and I had a company called AND ac services coming to check, they said it was the capacitor and the guy changed it ($400) well...the ac kept oscillating temperatures. Friday mid day I called Fresh Air and they were promptly answered. Ended that I need a whole new ac unit. Within the weekend Felix exchange my old unit to a brand new one giving me factory and labor warranty. I thank Fresh air to help out on a weekend in a Florida heat!"

"My AC broke in the middle of the night on a Sunday!!! Fresh Air Cooling & Heating was one of the few places open and had 24/7 emergency AC service. I called them at 2:18 AM, and they answered my call immediately, luckily dispatching someone by 2:27 AM. The technician, Felix, and his partner arrived at 2:54 AM on a Sunday in less than 30 mins!! I couldn't thank them enough. They got the AC working in no time, by 3:15 AM. This meant that between the time I placed the emergency A/C call and the resolution, everything was fixed within one hour! Side note: Felix was great; he was polite, professional, and considering how last-minute the call was, the price was reasonable. Thanks again to these two guys!!!"
