"In March, I brought my bronze patio clock to Fazils for a simple replacement of a battery-powered movement. He charged $50. I thought it was over priced, but was assured that he did top notch work. He lied! The "repaired" clock stopped after 90 days. I took the clock back. This time, the "repair" lasted 1 day. When I took it back, he implied that I had dropped the clock. I will never use his service again. My recommendation...stay as far away from Fasil as you can."

"Have to say I experienced the same long wait (6 months) and no updates as other reviews say, unless I called, which I did frequently, and got all the excuses. Thought I would never get my 50+ year-old clock back, which was an heriloom to me. I finally said, "I want that clock back on my wall by Christmas. I am coming to get it." Got it back, paid a large fee, but it strikes the hour at 3 minutes after! I think he replaced the 7-day with a 3-day movement. I do not recommend this place. Also, he has no communication/people skills."

"RIP OFF Artist. BEWARE! Took my watch to replace the crown. When I went to pick up he told me he replaced the movement. I never authorized him to do that. The watch ran for 5 months and quit. Who replaces a movement without owner consent? I also replaced a battery on another watch and it lasted 6 months. Watch battery should last 5+ years…use this place at your own risk."

"I didn’t make an appointment, I literally googled watch repair and this was the first place that popped up. I walked in and asked if he could replace batteries in 5 watches and he said yes and I was in and out in like 10 minutes. Super nice guy and quick and easy which is always a plus! He charged me $10 for each battery so that is an average price as far as battery replacement. I will definitely be back."
