"I stopped here to get a snack and use the restroom. Restrooms were filthy. Long hair in the women's restroom sink. Sink looked like it had never been cleaned. Saw inside the men's which also had a filthy sink and had no toilet paper. Alerted an employee to the lack of toilet paper and the person did address that immediately. But both restrooms need a deep cleaning. Very busy; cashiers were polite and efficient, though one was wearing an earbud. They have fresh baked specialty pastries daily, which looked good, but I did not try due to the lack of cleanliness in the store."

"Kind of weird, says ANY size ice coffee $1. Yet I get charged $1.49... maybe I missed something. I went back in and inquired and was basically told "oops, your next one will be on the house." But was given nothing to prove I over paid it that the next one was free. They didn't even write down my name. So I'm not sure how the next one will be paid for .."
