"After my experience with this shady Clermont division. I would never recommend. After charging $970 for service fee, leak detection fee, Freon. They filled a unit that still had a leak. They also made 3 trips out for leak detection and to refill a leaking system and expected me to cover the charge. Rude and incompetent company RUN."
"Came very quickly. Wanted to charge me $875 to change a fan motor. I declined. Then went down to $650. I declined. Then went down to $500. I declined. Then went down to $350. I declined out of principal. They tried to rip me off with the price so I am not willing to trust thier work. Now i understand why they can come so quickly because all they do is charge you a $79 fee to diagnose the problem. Then they give you such a high price that you will decline. Then can then go quickly to the next persons house."
"WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!! DO NOT USE THEM. I would give them a negative score if I can. They are NOT legitimate company, and want to charge me $750 for filling up freon. I am a landlord and had to use them as an emergency because I couldn't get anybody else to work on my project on a Saturday afternoon, and it was a big mistake. The lady who answers the phone that everybody else is talking about is probably the technician's wife, who is definitely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and NASTY. She told me over the phone that I shouldn't be shopping around for a price, and I should just come straight to them instead of insisting for a quote over the phone. What kind of employee does this? This lady also spoke to my tenant over the phone and told her the reason why the technician couldn't make it there on time was because I was shopping around for the price, which does not make it a legitimate reason why the technician couldn't show up until next day. After I turn down the offer for $750 of filling up the freon and fixing a small part, the technician who doesn't seem to know what he is doing left happily, which make it seems like that's all he does all day long, give customers super high quotes and make people not want to fix it, so he can make his $75 diagnostic fee in 5 minute and just leave!!!!"
"I call this company for service and the technician shows up in a timely manner. He was able to fix my A/C unit quickly, the amount quoted for the repair was very reasonable. The technician also ask me to give a review for the company. I have another company came out a year ago and they were very unprofessional, they came out in a unmarked truck and no company uniforms. 24 Hr. Air Service came out in a company truck and the technician gave me a business card and introduce himself and then asked me what's going on with the unit. I explained to him and he told me about the service charge and I signed off the invoice allowing him to work on the unit. Keep up the good work and continue giving your technician the same training. Presentation is very important in a company."
"Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. That's all i can say about this company. 2 hours late to an appointment with no call until I CALLED THEM. Had the unit openb, ready to go, technician was there for literally 10 min, changed a fuse a left. Tried to talk with the customer service rep, on paying for the service call, but not the outrageous price they were trying to charge me, but all she seemed to want to do is argue with me instead of hear me out. If you have an A/C issue and feel like getting screwed, this is your company. If you want professionalism and customer satisfaction you'd do better off call pretty much any other contractor in the area"
