Paola was prompt with the cost estimate, and they had all the necessary parts to complete the installation within a few days after we agreed to the service. Also, we were super impressed with Paolo when he came for the initial assessment...he had all the necessary tools to test out our current speakers and provided valuable feedback. We had other providers came out as well and they don't even bother to test out the existing speakers and took us over 2 weeks to get a cost estimate and that is with constant follow-up.
