"I called RVail plumbing to my home due to a clogged toilet. I received excellent, prompt and courteous customer service! Although it was mid-afternoon, the company sent Matt out to resolve the problem. The office receptionist was very helpful and kept me updated on the arrival status. Matt unclogged the toilet and made sure that the toilet was working properly. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. "Quoted almost $700 for toilet and installation- that’s the discounted price. I purchased my own toilet at Lowe’s and they installed, but it was a very poor install. The entire toilet is crooked and leaking when they left. I called them back and they came the next morning tighten the bolt and said it was fixed and that it didn’t matter about the toilet being crooked. I was told the problem was my fault because I bought a cheap toilet. They took no responsibility whatsoever. I am left with a mess. I feel they took it advantage of a disabled senior woman. Kathy, who answered the phone had zero customer service skills and zero patience. I had a neighbor check, and within five seconds he found the problem - a cracked tank. They should’ve found that crack when they came back to “tighten the bolt”. This turned out to be a useless, incompetent plumber."

"The poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced. My kitchen sink looked as if it was repaired by Vail, but a few weeks later the leak returned. Simply calling to tell the company about the issue turned into one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a repair company ever. The receptionist woman blamed me for the leak returning and refused to give a time frame the technician would be back out, for the following week. Even after I explained that I’ll need to let my job know a time frame so I can take the time off. After I told her she shouldn’t blame a customer for Vail’s error and should instead apologize for the inconvenience She then hung up twice, refusing to give me a time frame. When I called back, she lied about hanging up then blamed me for hanging up. After everything that went wrong that day with Vail, the technician arrives to my home that same day without notifying me they were coming. It’s hard to believe companies are operating with employees and technicians who have customer service this poor. If it were possible to give a lower rating I would."
