"My experience with this plumbing company was beyond disappointing. The technicians they sent lacked basic knowledge and seemed utterly clueless about their job. Despite hiring them to locate a leak, they failed miserably in identifying the issue. Frustrated, I decided to voice my concerns with the owner, only to be met with a shocking display of unprofessionalism. The owner was not only rude but also resorted to yelling during our phone conversation. The entire phone call was recorded. We could not believe the way we were being spoken to. This behavior is entirely unacceptable and left me questioning the integrity of the entire company. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and the way the owner handled the situation reflects poorly on the company as a whole. I strongly advise against using their services, as the incompetence of the technicians and the unprofessional conduct of the owner create an overall negative experience. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and expertise in a service that is crucial to the functionality of our homes. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for plumbing assistance. We contacted another company who came shortly after this technician left without letting us know. The other company located the leak behind my dishwasher immediately. I highly urge against contacting this company."

"Three men to cut a hole in my cabinet under the kitchen sink. Had a leak at a hose spigot on my deck from a lightning strike. They cut the pipe off under my sink and removed my spigot outside. Then they patched the hole in my block stucco wall. What a poor patch job. It was bulged out a half inch. They put foam pipe wrap in the hole flush with the outside stucco and covered it with a white patching material. That is why it was bulged out. I removed it and redid it my self looks good now, matches the house stucco. When i told the person i called she said they are not concrete people! They also left a mess on my pool deck, my screen door, my driveway, my trash can, and lawn. I paid $629 for this mess. Parts used one shark bite pipe cap and a little patch material maybe $15 worth of parts. They did not need three people, only one did the work. Sure would like to know how much they make per hour, looks like $200 per hour per person and $29 for parts."

"After living here for 20 years, suddenly we need an above-ground backflow prevention assembly w/in 45 days??? Anyway, called Vail, which we have used happily in the past for A/C work. Inspection and installation completed within days. We have always been satisfied with their work. (At work, my husband's previous experience with another company was less than ideal; he recommended Vail and they have not made him regret his decision.)"
