"We contacted Mike to replace serger knives on our industrial Union Special machine. On July 27,2019 he made a service call and charged us $267.50. He said he would order knives. On 8/14/2019 he returned with parts and charged us $85.60 for 2 knives costing 21.00. He wanted another $50,00 for additional service call, which we did not pay. It is now Sept. 26, 2019 and the machine is still not repaired, even tho he has been back several times.. We have called, texted, messaged many, many, many times to no avail. He was told in the beginning we are a business and need machine repaired quickly. We made a terrible choice in selecting him for repairs. We have paid him $353.10. We are again asking him for a refund because he is unable to repair machine. Beware!!!!! IN REPLY TO Mike Price REPLY on Google.. If Machine was fixed, why do we need to call him back repeatedly? We have apparel factory (30 yrs) sewing experience. NOT operator error. Mike Price repairs do not last beyond ONE DAY. This man CANNOT repair Industrial sewing machine. Go elsewhere . Totally taken in by this person. Go elsewhere for repairs. We are Sincere. Most sincerely"
