"I dropped my iPad off yesterday and was told to come back in an hour. Then got a text asking I come back today at 11am. I get here at 11:30 and it’s closed. I messaged the employee and he is now telling me 12:30 he will be there. He’s making excuses as to why the pad isn’t fixed. “We’re a new company” etc. why does this matter! I hate Walmart and the fact I still came in here to have this store service my item was a chance I took. Never again."
