"We have a AC repair plan though Duke Energy. Called Duke late last night and told to them our AC quit. They quickly called Cruz AC repair. Cruz was here the next morning. The tech was excellent and quickly fixed it. Kotos to Cruz and Duke Energy for using them."

"Got to know Cruz A/C because they are the company Duke Energy sends out for A/C repair. I have always been impressed with their promptness and knowledge. Their repair people even give little tips on saving A/C costs while they are on site. So when it came time to replace my unit They were one of the ones I called. They were not the cheapest price I got, but the unit they recommended was much better rated than what the companies with cheaper prices were offering. Their crew showed up on time and the install was done beautifully. About a week after the install, I noticed that some of the mastic used on the unit had lifted off the unit, but one call to the office and they sent a man out to redo it and he checked over the whole install while he was here. I highly recommend this company"
