"Terrible experience I was looking at a home with another agent was very rude to the other agent covered up, her ears did not want to hear the inspection report Tina Honey the agent said she was not going to divulge the information to the owner. Who does this. I was the potential buyer was paying for the inspection report first experience with the real estate company ever I do not recommend them. Really feel sorry for the agent that was representing me."

"We are experienced real estate buyers of both residential and commercial. We have never been treated by an agent as poorly as we were by Stephanie Gray. Stephanie openly offended my wife more than once during a showing so not a great start. Her communication with my agent was simply minimal , inadequate and completely lacking. She made absolutely no effort to help us make a deal. She sat on our offer with without responding to us. Claiming the sellers were discussing. All the while taking other offers without advising us, while we were lead to believe the sellers are discussing our offer. In the end she steered the deal away from us and we were just used . We can understand not getting a deal but we cannot accept being used and her poor service . Not happy with Stephanie Grey!"

"Worst experience we have had with selling a home! Our first home sold in a day our second in a week and the house we listed with Dave Shinnebarger from this location was on the market for 5 months. After a series of events that had code of ethics issues we broke our contract and we are going to proceed to file complaints to the proper authorities. The realtor was very unprofessional with his tardiness to our showings and open houses, not to mention all the mishaps with cancellations. The real problems came when he picked up buyers from one of our open houses as clients! He even bad mouthed another agent to gain them as clients! They were cash buyers so you can guess who he truly was working for in the end and unfortunately after contacting the broker of this firm we still had to seek outside help and guidance from another realtor. Learned a lot from this experience and hope this review helps you from making the same mistake as we did!"
