"Seneca was quick to respond to my call and did a thorough assessment of my system. They recommended a new system and charged me $170 for coming out. The cost to repair would not be worth it. They gave me a quote for a new system. Based on the age of my system they should have just recommended that I get a quote rather than having a service guy come out. I was happy with the service guy but not happy about paying that much money to essentially get a quote. It is what it is."

Service Technician Nick was very knowledgeable, professional and personable, was able to answer all our questions and completed the service in a timely manner. There was an issue with the UV light bulb not coming back on once it was removed for inspection after it was replaced, however, we called Seneca regarding the issue who then had Service Technician Robert call us back immediately. Robert was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, walking us through the steps to recover the electrical connection with the unit and the UV bulb. We highly recommend this company and their technician’s if you want quality service."
