"Andy was great, very knowledgeable, he researched and diagnosed an AC issue, found a defective sensor and replaced it, many companies would have just sold me a much more expensive complete new circuit board or control unit. He also explained the propane feed system issue and recalibrated a slide issue. All at a very reasonable price. Thanks Andy"
