"Geek Squad is horrible!!! Customer service sucks. I have been getting charged for the past 3 plus months for a phone I no longer have. I have called customer service three times and they said they canceled it. Well it got charged to my Best Buy account again. Called again today they were supposed to call me back so I didn’t have to wait. Hours later nothing! Best Buy customer service did not want to help me either just ended up paying another monthly fee even though it’s fraud by the geek squad! I will be filing a claim with better business bureau n will never use them again. Best Buy should also be taking the fee off since it’s fraud!!!! Frustrated and furious"

"Customer service at the SpringHill location sucks. Dropped off my phone on the 10th it's now the 27th can not get a call back from the store after several calls to basically answering service since they don't have a phone number to the store."

"Bought a 50 inch TV in May and only lasted 5 months. Still under warranty. Geek Squad came and said it was too expensive to fix so they would replace the TV. 2 weeks later they set up an appointment to bring a new TV. They didn't show up on the appointment day with no call or explanation. I took day off for this. They are coming the next day so here I am taking another day off. UNRELIABLE!! I'll be shopping on Amazon."

"I gave 4 because Brian was great. I brought me computer in for repair. It was not repaired correctly. Upon taking it in & explaining to Brian my complaint, he immediately started working to rectify the problem. His concern was obvious to see, correcting the error. He did & exceeded my expectations. Thank you Brian in Spring Hill. This stores Geek Squad should also recognize his great effort here as well because I would have given 1/2 star & a not so nice narrative."
