"I paid Voyles $85.00 for a service call. I defrosted my refrigerator and cleaned out everything. Ron came out and said basically you done everything I described to them over the phone what was going on with my refrigerator before he got here. He noticed that I had done everything and decided to want to leave. Ron then said to me you wanna take that inside wall panel out up top of the freezer he used his drill. I noticed after he took it down that ice was built up inside. I then again defrosted it and he walked out not doing anything Ron says to me if it's not working in the morning give me a call. I did he came back on his way to work and he says it's not getting enough air flow. It's just time to get a new refrigerator well. I gave Voyles a call letting them know that he was very unprofessional he says that I was belittling him when all he had to do was service call. It only costed me $35.51 for a defrost sensor which he never checked for. I believe It's just time for him to retire because he is tired he can't even get on the floor he came here in pain limping in and back out poor man that explains it all."

"Voyles has rock solid customer service! My refrigerator had a minor issue and they walked me through how to fix it on the phone. They were extremely helpful and patient with me even though I obviously didn't know what I was doing."

"We needed our dryer repaired and dropped it off in September 2022. It is now February 2023 and we haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone since September. They never answer, never call back - would not recommend to anyone. We are now having to purchase a new dryer - no idea what happened to our old one and we’ve given up trying to contact them. 0/10."

"The absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Stay away from this scamster. Stole around $500 from me and did nothing. Every time I call Ron/Buddy Pigot he gives me excuses but has taken my money and NOT done anything. He is a total FRAUD. Voyles was a respected company back in the day before this complete Scam artist bought out their good name. Stay away at all cost! Total Sleaze! The biggest joke I have ever seen. STAY AWAY. Anyone else has to be better!"
