"Ordered parts, was told they had arrived. When I went in they said they knew nothing about it, employee that ordered the parts must have quit and took parts with him. We're a bit confrontational, didn't seem to care much. Later… originally 1 star, upped to 3 stars because business owner called, apologized and tried to rectify situation. At least he cares. The facts are the facts but hopefully he can prevent situations like this from recurring in the future."
