"BEWARE! Extremely deceptive and unethical!! Advertised price on marquee is NOT the price you will pay. The pumps actually charge you more. Since I already took the time to stop at this run-down station because of the advertised price, I decided to get gas anyway. Bad decision. Faulty pump dumped a half-gallon of gas on my car, clothes, shoes and blacktop. Went into the convenience store to clean up in the restroom. Disgusting!! Toilet doesn’t flush correctly. Cleanliness was disregarded entirely. I asked the clerk for my receipt and informed him that the advertised price was incorrect. He said the price was for cash only. Couldn’t tell that by any signs at all. Studied the marquee when I left. The “cash price” lettering that I finally found was out of place and way too small, dark, flaked off and illegible that no one is able to see that crucial part. Especially when traveling along the highway. The old “bait and switch”. Very unprofessional and illegal. Signage MUST be legible and of proper size and placement to be legal. They know this, but they also know that people will be duped by this immoral practice."
