"Large outdoor mall with a range of retailers from small to large box. Numerous restaurants, cinema, etc. Plenty of parking, although the main street can get very busy at peak periods."
"We live in the area and frequently visit for daily to weekly shopping trips. Overall we love coconut point and love the variety of shops and restaurants. So why only 3 stars? Well, they desperately need to get the movie theater open. There isn't much to do other than shopping or food, they could benefit a lot from more entertainment options. Especially if they can find room for something like a bowling alley or Dave and Busters type place. The parking lots are massive and I feel they could easily expand a little bit without reducing any meaningful parking spaces. Overall we still highly recommend visiting!"

"Very nice shopping mall in Estero. Attractive stores. Built in the style of a village. During our visit there was a Christmas parade in the evening. If you are hungry, there is a branch of the Cheesecake Factory. Possibly an alternative to Ruth's and Chris Steakhouse, which is also represented here. Better and nicer than Miromar Outlet, also in Estero."
