We had our 20 plus year-old AC unit freeze over and the very knowledgeable, nice lady at the office gave us detailed instructions, over the phone, as to what to do right away and she then said she would get a call out to George Pruett - the owner of the company. Within ten minutes (I kid you not) both George and his son were here, ready to repair the unit! They had it repaired and up and running within thirty minutes.
