He was up front that it would be late in the evening before he could make it and he also kept in touch with me throughout the day letting me know he hadn't forgotten about me. "My pump quit on a Saturday afternoon and Mr. Todd was there within an hour. He got it running enough before dark to turn on and take a bath and turn back off. He was back at daylight the next morning and replaced my pump, checked the depth of my well (which was less than we thought) added some pipe in my well and fixed a ground wire that was nonexistent. He explained every step he did and the possible outcomes. I feel he was very reasonable…..especially for coming out two days on a weekend. I would highly recommend him and use him again."
